App and website are easy to use. Loading information about my car with some photos was done n a few minutes.
After going into an auction the next day, the original price I was offered improved and the auction result was even higher.
Sad to say that when the buyer came to collect the car, he found some faults and knocked £800 off the auction price. Friends who had used this service previously had warned me about this.
Motorway experience was good and their initial valuation was better than either webuyanycar or CarWow.

This was my first experience of the Carwash Company.
It was easy to book an appointment to get my car washed and valeted. I chose a time convenient for me and found it available.
Although I arrived early for the booking, I was welcomed and offered additional services at a discounted rate. I also had the car parking fee paid for me. That's a nice touch as I had expected to pay for parking.
The car was ready as promised and was really clean .
I would certainly use this facility again.

As usual, the Jet2 holiday experience was first rate. Check-in on departure, the flight itself and private transfers to our hotel were as smooth and seamless as ever.
The hotel itself, the Hyatt Regency in Kotor is also excellent with attentive staff and modern, clean facilities. However, the hotel is a little remote being located about 5 miles from the old town of Kotor. The connecting road is very narrow and quite congested at busy times. We considered it unsafe to walk from the hotel.
The main problem with the holiday occurred at Tivat airport on departure. The airport is very small and doesn't have the facilities to deal with the number of passengers using it. The departure lounge was over crowded with most waiting passengers forced to stand - many, like us, for nearly 2 hours before boarding. not an ideal end to an otherwise great holiday.

Paid 0.95€ for a car manual which was delivered as promised. However a couple of days later they tried to take 130€ for a subscription. Fortunately my bank (Monzo) stopped the payment and froze my debit card.
ManualsMate are scammers and to be avoided.

It was easy to get through to an advisor who was very knowledgable about the product and who helped me select the best choice of river cruise.

Used a comparison website to get a new price for car insurance after my Saga renewal quote was nearly £200 per annum more than in 2025. Hastings price was similar to last year’s Saga so after Saga couldn’t meet the new price, I switched.
Only took a few minutes to get signed up.

My call was answered really quickly and Emina made the process of updating my electricity tariff very easy. Definitely knew her stuff and was able to advise accordingly.

Software is intuitive and very easy to use. Creates a great album quickly. Not too expensive either which means I can get albums for all my trips away.

As usual, we cannot fault Jet 2. Their customer service and the flights were all good.
The Best Western hotel at Mestre is really convenient for the train station to get into Venice city very quickly and cheaply.
However, we felt that the interior of the hotel looks very tired and desperately needs refreshing. Our room, whilst adequate lacked any storage space even the 8 coat hangers were just metal pipes hanging from the ceiling.
The breakfast fell well short of expected. The hot food was just kept lukewarm and the bacon (or was it ham?) looked really anaemic and totally inedible.
Fortunately, there was a good choice of fruit, cereals and pastries which were plentiful.
Overall, it fell short of the standard I would expect from Best Western.

I love flying with Jet2 as their staff are so friendly and helpful. Flights are usually on time and they have a great range of destinations. But, on the downside why is it always so cold on the plane?

We flew with Jet 2 to Skiathos in Greece. We stayed at the Magic Hotel which is on the south coast of the island about half way between Skiathos Town and Koukounaries. It's in a great location with several restaurants and bars nearby, although the bus stop for Skiathos Town is just a couple of minutes walk and there's a bus every few minutes.
The hotel is family run and has a lovely welcoming homely atmosphere. We met several fellow guests who'd been coming to this hotel for many years. We felt that we were staying with friends rather than in a hotel. Breakfast, although a buffet help yourself arrangement was enhanced with the additional choice of items on request if not preprepared that day.
Altogether a lovely experience and if we were planning another visit, we would definitely stay there.
Jet2 flights were excellent, on time and their friendly staff helpful as always.

Website is easy to use. Overall a very smooth, hassle free experience.

We've travelled with Jet2 on several occasions in the past and always been highly satisfied. Our last trip to Gran Canaria was no exception. The flights were on time and the cabin crew very helpful.
The hotel we had chosen (Radisson Blue at Arguineguin) was excellent, although possibly a little removed from the main holiday area, but the staff, facilities and food were all great so no complaints there.
Cannot recommend Jet2 enough - our next two holidays are already booked!

Simple and straightforward form to complete. Genuinely easy to do.

Fortunately, I don’t use taxis very often but if I did, I certainly wouldn’t choose this company based on my interaction with one of their drivers at Derby Rail Station yesterday. As he was dropping a passenger off, he threw a handful of used tissues out of his door onto the ground. When challenged, he became very abusive, claiming it wasn’t his rubbish. I have a clip of the incident from my dash cam, which he chose not to review! He drove off still shouting abusive comments. Not the standard of behaviour you would expect from a professional company.

Can't fault Jet2 for their customer service.
Check-in at home airport was very quick and all the staff on duty were friendly.
At the return airport, despite a large number of people waiting to check-in, the service was again quick and we were soon through security.
Flights were both pretty much on time, and on the return, despite leaving about 20 minutes late, we arrived back over half an hour early.
Stewards on both flights were helpful and friendly and the drinks/duty-free services conducted as quickly as possible.
We have flown several times with Jet2 previously and already booked with them again for our holiday in 2024.

My experience is pretty much identical to others who have written reviews on here. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing!
My shoes when they eventually arrived, were too small and so I decided to send them back. After an exchange of emails over several days, I got the information I needed to return them. The postage alone was over £20 and I only got the original purchase price returned. A salutary experience which I won't repeat.
I was invited to write a review for their website and I gave them some scathing comments and guess what? The review has disappeared from the webpage!

Superb hotel with every facility you could ask for! Flights with Jet2 were on time and without incident and despite both the outward and return both leaving a few minutes late, both arrived ahead of the scheduled time.
The rooms at Princesa Yaiza are small suites so in addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there’s also a small lounge and a balcony which from our room had a side sea view.
I must mention the evening buffet which had a range of food such that I defy anyone not to find something to their taste.

First time we have visited and we were very impressed both with the welcome and also the organisation which was first class.
Other heritage railways we have visited seem to have old rolling stock saved from the scrap man, but here the coaches were comfortably furnished and the seats excellent (better in fact than those on East Midlands Railways we travelled on the next day)
Food was also great and with friendly service and unlimited tea and coffee enhanced the experience.
