I received a code for discount on bulbs and wished to use it; however when I ordered the order was grabbed before being able to use this code. I immediately tried to cancel, left what’s app message but was told I had to ring the next day which I did , 5 minutes after opening- the telephone number did not connect. I’ve tried contacting since asking to speak to someone but no one gets in touch. When you’ve spent £34 , a 30% discount makes a big difference.It seems sharp practise to take an order then not be able to speak to someone about it. I would not recommend the company to anyone
