Excellent pillow! Great service and really happy with product

Can’t comment on the bedding as I still haven’t received it although I ordered it on the 26th of August !

Delivery took quite a long time but item is good. Soft pillow covering is rather noisy but downy inside.

Great set of bed linen and just what I wanted as very true to description. Would highly recommend

These pillow cases are lovely quality and wash well.
My second purchase as like to change pillowcases every couple of days. 2 packs of 4 Oxford style will keep me going for now.

Quality of linen is decent, though feels thinner than my 100% linen set from Rise & Fall. I feel the midnight grey showed a nice bluey tone in the pics, but it’s just very grey - so don’t love the colour in my bedroom especially as we move into colder seasons. I also don’t love the ties instead of buttons, feel they don’t even line up properly

I made my purchase on-line. The system was easy to navigate. Payment was straightforward, but I'm not sure what "shop" is all about and tried to avoid it, unsuccessfully.
The duvet cover arrived quickly, just what I needed and the quality of the item is excellent. I was looking for an organic cotton single duvet for my grandson who suffers from eczema. At Soak and Sleep I found just what I needed. I shall return for other items when I'm looking for something special.

It was easy to order as I had already bought the same topper before. Love it as it comfortable and would definitely recommend it.

I don’t have my delivery. Spent a lot of money, which you still have, paid for next day delivery and almost a week on I have no items with zero communication from yourselves except when I called you to see where my items were your customer service team told me it would 100% be delivered yesterday and I’m still waiting!

Received pillows that were too high. I have been trying to return them for a week and despite emailing (trying to call - waited 10 minutes and nobody picked up), I cannot seem to get a response. I get emails asking me for information and they are not followed up. I am having to constantly keep asking for someone to contact me. For three days the message was that they were on a training day. I finally get through and waited 10 minutes and still nobody is picking up. I cannot take the pillows to my local DPD pick up because the box they packed them is too big! They have to arrange and to get them to contact me is non existent. Why do companies offer returns and then fail to their policies. No, I do not recommend them and won't purchase again.

Quality is great, super soft towel and a lovely deep colour.

I was first introduced to this company by the quality of the towels and bedding at an Airbnb. I bought a pair of French linen pillowcases to replace similar ones. There was a delay not of Soak & Sleep making. I was informed quickly, told the expected delivery date and received them exactly on that time. I love the products and the customer care from this company.
