I was a bit suspicious with this company not having a .co.uk address, having been caught out over Christmas with stuff coming from China. However, I needn’t have worried! Ordered before 4pm and it was delivered by Royal Mail the next morning! Great service, price and product. My husband is very happy with his polo shirt. Thank you.

This time Gardening Express lived up to their name. However, it was very annoying to have to get to the payment page before I could find out what the delivery cost was going to be. This needs to be made much clearer. The packaging was bashed in, but the plants were secure and arrived safely.

How are you able to sign up for this site? It says enter email and a password to join, but then says invalid email or password. I give up!

I did ask sportspursuit directly via their contact link, but no response or resolution.

Excellent price for our grill stream BBQ & quick delivery from Garden Street. A piece was broken & a replacement had to be sought from supplier. This too arrived damaged, due to insufficient packaging. Another one was ordered - again poorly packaged, but not damaged. Without this, we couldn’t use the BBQ, which was frustrating.

I’ve been trying to return an item for 3 weeks. No one replies to emails or answers the phone. The returns form does not work and without a returns number they won’t accept the return. Terrible service. I would NOT recommend using this company.

Very helpful agent, Suzie at Screen 4 who understood our request and actioned the changes professionally and promptly. Confirmed our request by email immediately and we felt very reassured speaking to her. A credit to the Screen 4 helpline!

Terrible customer service! Trying to find a replacement silicone seal for our very expensive coffee machine. Out of stock at Sage & after completing an online form, eventually found out these are not due back in stock until June! We’re left with what in effect is a ‘kettle’ and milk frother! It can’t produce coffee without a seal. Customer Service was gatekeeping at its worse! So many hoops to jump through just to get a simple answer. Avoid!

UPDATE:
After reviewing my rating for their customer service, Sage got back in touch & have sourced me a seal from the EU so we can use our coffee machine for what it’s intended - to make coffee! Thank you Sage, just don’t make it SO difficult to get an answer in the future - please.

Over 30 days since ordering and no proper reply to my emails. Quoted 10-14 days for a response! Called them. My order was coming from another company and when I called that company, I was told item was out of stock! There was no information supplied by You Garden about the plants coming from another company and no update on where was order was. Quoting Covid 19 as an excuse for poor customer service is unacceptable. There was no delay due to Covid 19 in taking my money!! Will not use again.

Our order came within 24 hours of ordering - such amazing service! The Core metal edge was cheaper than Everedge and eBay and the quality is excellent and delivery was free.
