I ordered a Bosch Cordless Hedge trimmer for Next Day Delivery, I checked the tracking with DHL the next morning (Fri) to discover delivery had been delayed until the next working day (Mon), I emailed Tooled up, the customer service was brilliant, they responded very quickly and by lunch time the hedge trimmers had been delivered. Very impressed. Would definitely order from them again. The hedgetrimmers have been fab.

Sold me a defective battery which they asked me to prepare and label for collection under guarantee. I was given assurance that collection would take place on 10 separate occasions - nothing happened. On the 10 th occasion I was told there was a system fault, the battery would be collected and they were keeping a close eye on the collection. New labels were provided and attached - still nothing happened. Advice - do not deal with these people.

All as to be expected: correct item, on time.

Ordered a hedge trimmer. If it is listed you would assume it is available. However four days later the order was cancelled as the item is discontinued. Checked back three days later looking for an alternative and the original item is still listed for sale. Be careful.

Great company delivered exactly what I wanted, which was only small but no less important an item for a few quid saved me hundreds. But here’s the thing I got as good as service regardless of how much I spent which tells me they take every customer with respect. Forget the big online stores and sites and use a company with a face (who were cheaper then the Amabays of this world and genuine parts not knock off Nigel's) 👍
