Fantastic service from start to finish. Bags arrived within a day or two of ordering them. Having them stand on the drive instead of a skip in the road made things easier. Picked up 2 or 3 days after request, by collection drivers who simply stopped outside, picked the bags up, then went on their way. So efficient and without bothering me at all. Used Hippo Bags before and I'll certainly use them again if I need to clear my rubbish.

The travel policy seemed to be so reasonable compared to other sites (1/3 the price and I have several preexisting medical conditions) that I rang and spoke with a customer service advisor to check. She was very helpful and very thorough, so when I purchased the policy I felt absolutely confident that it was the right one for me.

Dreadful. The steel sink I purchased was delivered in a box that was totally trashed, causing damage to it. I refused to accept it and returned it with photographic evidence. Then followed unanswered phone calls, emails with flimsy excuses, no refund or new sink. I've now gone down a formal route to try to get a refund. Based on my experience I would avoid them like the plague.

I've used Kwik Fit three times recently for exhaust repairs, servicing and tyres. On each occasion the service has been first class and the prices (I checked around) below what other garages were offering.
