Excellent service from ordering to collection. Cannot recommend this enough

Easy to use value for money

The usual professional, and friendly service. I have used them around 8 times over the past few years. Ordered my collection over the phone, and although states up to 5 working days, was collected the next day!! Excellent Service, thats why I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Very practical way of disposing of rubbish. Easy booking process. Efficient system. Professional collection staff. Property respected. Will use again.

I've used these 3 times now and they're great. I can keep them in the front garden so don't have to worry about getting a space close to the house for a skip. The price includes pick up which you arrange when you're ready. Never any problems and cheaper than a skip.

Fast and efficient service.

The hippo bag arrived promptly and was taken away within 2 days of me requesting a pickup. I had an issue with my account and the lady I spoke to sorted it all out

Great service, fits a niche in the market for smaller jobs that don't need a skip and always prompt collection, usually with 3 days (though they say up to 5). Friendly driver and an impressive reach of the trucks crane

Fantastic service from start to finish. Bags arrived within a day or two of ordering them. Having them stand on the drive instead of a skip in the road made things easier. Picked up 2 or 3 days after request, by collection drivers who simply stopped outside, picked the bags up, then went on their way. So efficient and without bothering me at all. Used Hippo Bags before and I'll certainly use them again if I need to clear my rubbish.

I have used Hippo waste a number of times and always found it good.

Collection was easy. Booking was easy. One of the call centre lad seem a bit stressed but helped with my enquiry in the end.

It all went like clockwork. ...very impressed.

So easy - bought a bag from Wickes. Filled it - booked a collection on line. It said up to 5 days but was gone in 48 hours

Redesigning my garden with a mountain of garden waste to dispose of. The Hippo bag gave huge flexibility, it sat there for two weeks as slowly filled it up. Unlike a skip there was no time pressure. The best bit was when it was full of- I booked the collection on line and was waiting for the driver to turn up. Went outside and it had gone!!!!!! It was collected very quietly without fuss at 7.15am. Thoroughly recommend
