Good response time. Quality of Patatya Batik not good. Lovely colour repeat and no joins in ball; however quite a rough yarn, doesn’t flow over crochet hook easily, and is thicker than double knit.

Great efficient company. However, was disappointed that I was unable to buy a cushion cover only, but had to buy a whole cushion. Cushion cover material only required to cover 2 footstools.

Great experience from Lakeland - but they were badly let down by Evri. Lakeland customer services dept aware.

Great sunglasses - 3rd pair bought!

Order placed 13th May. Advised product had been dispatched 1st June, but it had not arrived (by 48 hour Post Office mail), by 9th June. Contacted Design company to investigate, and subsequently received the item on 13th June.
Felt that the product had not been dispatched on 1st June, but was consequently rushed through production after I contacted. Result was that the finish on the aluminium cut lines and face is poor, and one of the drill holes was not true.
Poor service, poor production and even worse communication - as no apology or refund received. Would take my trade elsewhere in future…….
Since writing this initial review - house sign installed, faded within a fortnight, not visible in sunlight, removed and replaced.

This was my first order - my only criticism was that I didn’t get to use my 10% off voucher. It was sent as an e mail and I only checked my e mails after I had placed my order, to ensure the order was confirmed - only to find the voucher code, that I then could not use. Surely the voucher code could upload onto the order form automatically.
