Brilliant company, picked my king sized duvet up at a convenient time and returned it a couple of days later but beautifully cleaned and smelling fresh as a Daisy! It’s also delivered in a very smart hold all that you can re use to send off any other items which I definitely will. Fantastic service and excellent customer service, I highly recommend using them.

I was so upset after my cross & chain turned a horrible dull shade after years of perfumes & lotions but after using Jewellery Doctor it’s now sparkling like it’s brand new! UK buyers beware of the extortionate cost of returning an item. This company is based in Canada and even though I wanted an exchange and not a return/refund I paid £17.50 to send my item back. What was initially a good price of £52 actually ended up as £70.00, If I had known this at the start I would’ve spent the money on a real gold bracelet instead. Apart from that the item is still rather nice but definitely not worth £70.00.

I have to say that the Tooting branch of Savers is the best one for miles. All the staff without exception are so pleasant, professional and can’t do enough for you. The store is always busy so I can’t be the only one who thinks this. Great work guys - you are amazing!

Good honest basic products at a price you can’t argue with.
I needed a pink rug for my spare bedroom and didn’t want to fork out £50 plus which is what all the other websites/shops were asking so I spent £15 and received a well wrapped lovely rug with a non slip backing.
