Always such an easy process. I have used Jewellery Doctor quite a few times and this time was to have an unusual gold gate watch strap shortened. No local jewellers could do it as it was quite intricate.
Jewellery Doctor did it for me. Quick turnaround and good price.

I have a very old sentimental ring that due to constant wear had become thin and broke. Several years ago I took it to a local jeweller who said it couldn’t be repaired.

Brilliant quick quality secure service

Sent a ring recently for a simple split repair. Service was reasonable quick. However partner had the ring on less than an hour and it split in same place.

As I now don’t trust to send it back I have now taken it to a local jewellers for repair. They said original repair was very poor.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if the option was there. Extremely disappointed. Turned out an expensive repair now having to pay again but it’s his grandmothers ring so very sentimental. And second repair costing less so wish I went there in first place instead of giving the “Doctor” a chance.

As always a painless experience from start to finish. Excellent repairs at great prices and speedy delivery back.

Sent two matching bracelets made it clear they were mother and daughter matching bracelets that were broken. Fixed one fine but fixed the other one differently with only 1 gem instead of two. Which was not made clear to me when accepting the work to be carried out on the jewellery. Took a gamble with using them and I am genuinely disappointed
