As a seller a really poor experience.
Slow to upload. High end high street sold for barely anything - not worth sending to them! For example worn once Mint velvet jumper sold for 7.50!
Try Vinted or donate to charity is my view!
Do not use.
I sent lots of high end items to be sold and as not sold quickly enough the price was reduced without agreement to a level where the earning threshold is low. I have only made a few pounds on items worth hundreds.
In hindsight I should have sold them myself.
I would not use this company again.
Placed an order on 25th August that was split into two parcels. Only one of them was sent to me. The tracking number for the second half says Evri is still waiting for the parcel, meaning it was never even handed over.
I raised a support ticket 4 days ago with no response. I emailed customer support too, only to get an automated reply saying it will take 18 days to get a response! This is totally unacceptable customer service for a missing order.
Thrift team, please look into my open ticket and issue my refund immediately.
I sent two large bags via In Post - stuffed to the gills with good quality items from Me and Em and similar, which no longer fit/suit/were mistakes. The bags never arrived and Thrift+ has only registered one to my account but can't find it. The other one has disappeared altogether and is not even registered as having been sent. Their customer care just ignores the content of my emails and sends me the same email every time I contact them. I have asked them to call me but nothing. This has been going on since August 8th. What a total waste of time and money. Clearly some huge security issues between In Post and Thrift+. My advice: AVOID AVOID AVOID
Two bags lost and no response
I sent two bags to Thrift+ back in april and its now september which seem to have both been lost. The clothing in the bags was worth approximately £250.
I have contacted Thrift+ repeatedly over several weeks to try to resolve this and have received no meaningful response or resolution.
These are my personal belongings and I am now facing a significant financial loss, yet I cannot get anyone at Thrift+ to deal with the issue.
I have proof of postage and tracking information for both bags and have provided the relevant details to Thrift+.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. I would simply like Thrift+ to investigate what has happened to my bags and properly resolve the matter and get a compensation.
Update: I am still waiting for a response.

I did wait way too long before writing this review, I tried to contact this company but it is near enough impossible! I was taken in by the advertising and the easy way of sending some unwanted good label clothes for Thrift+ to sell via their platform. It took ages before part of my belongings were listed - two were allegedly returned but I received one bag with one dress and one bag totally empty. I complained straight away on their so called webchat that it is always closed (my last message hasn't been looked at for 6 days). They requested photos and references that I provided more than once - you cannot state, things get lost - If you didn't want something and I wanted it back, you send it back, considering I paid for the postage. Since the middle of June, I still haven't received a proper answer as to what happened to the missing dress. As for their listing suitable items on their platform, I am deeply disappointed by their valuation. For example, a dress they "sold" for £9.80 gave me £1.96 and another "sold" at £15 gave me £3. I don't expect the other pieces to be sold or be seen again and you only get paid back once you reach £5. Sufficient to say that I will never use this company again and I will certainly not recommend to any friends - this is not the way to acquire and keep customers - customer relations should be a priority for any company but I guess there is lots of competition and definitely not enough Staff to deal with it.

The service I received was excellent. I was a little hesitant to purchase from a new company but it was seamless. The bag I bought matched the description - where there were small marks, these had been shown on the site via photographs, so they weren’t a surprise. The bag was clean and well packaged. It came really quickly and was unbelievable value for the brand. No complaints!

This is actually a scam. It us better to donate to your local charity.

Used them to sell a bag of designer clothes, and tracked the items on their Ebay store (after several weeks' waiting). They priced multiple items in the £60-100 bracket but repeatedly accepted buyer offers of a few pence below £50, meaning they had to pay me 20% instead of the 40% for sales over £50. Smart business model, but sellers beware of this trick.

I bought some good branded clothes (Lululemon, Sweaty Betty) at really great prices and they were new with tags and as good as new condition. Really happy with them. Delivery also was really quick - thank you

I have bought two items of clothing from Thrift and both have been exactly as described and I love them! The pricing is spot on and the delivery is swift - would highly recommend.

Spent over £400 on orders only for multiple parcels to get damaged and therefore lost! Total lack of support from Thrift, no phone number or live chat. All you can do is email and you get an automated response back saying you'll get a reply within 18 working days! Really poor customer service and I'll likely have to do a chargeback with my bank to get the money back as I can't afford to wait nearly a month for a response.

i used thrift+ because, to be honest, i couldn’t be bothered selling my clothes on vinted / depop. i sent off a load of expensive designer stuff which they listed at high prices - cool cos you’d get money for that!
if stuff doesn’t sell within a certain time frame they just reduce the price to below the threshold for you earning anything from it (without telling / asking you).
wish i’d never sent my stuff and just sold it myself on vinted/depop 💔

Excellent description of item. Matched what received.

I have only used thrift so far for the purpose of selling items.
I have lots of heavy bags to deposit in go and so tried to use their home collection service on 28th August.
I was informed via online chat from a AI agent that the courier would not contact me directly; and I was told via email on the day that a courier would come between 1 and 3 pm. I’m not sure how I would know when the courier would come to collect my bags, given that I live on the back of the sixth floor building in a flat?
To address the issue, the online chat only directed me to an email form to reschedule collection, but nothing else to actually rectify the problem.

It has always been quite laborious to browse due to volume of results (and would lose pace if went away and tried to return to search results) but recent changes to the website mean can't filter by selection of brands and can't sort search results.
A recent search using available filters gave over 17 thousand results!
Makes the site unusable for browsing so I'll avoid unless looking for something very specific.

Absolute scam, you send good quality items and then they tell you they can't sell them. The worst part, they charge you to send your stuff back £9.99 minimum for your belogings. Would not recommend at all!

Great to get stuff bagged up and sent to them. Disgusting that they keep 80% of the sale!!!! I wish I knew this before I sent loads of clothes to them. Honestly wish I just chose Vinted to sell!
