Absolutely amazing - first time used for an 80 th so an important card! Once I worked out what to do, the app was superb. I ordered at 2pm and the card was here before lunch next day. It really was super impressive and I am glad I took the time to make something personal. Great service, decent costs and plenty of options. Thank you!

Book ordered from an apparent Kent book store - payment showed on my statement as being registered to Poland. No confirmation of order, no book delivered, no reply to emails…. A book club member showed me these reviews… an AI summary on google indicates this is a fake organisation. AVOID at all costs. I normally use Waterstones for a my books but needed this quickly hence ordered it. Have had to cancel my bank card. Why can’t these people be closed down? They need some reverse karma.

Excellent flight, service and staff - as always though we are going less with them than previously because of their huge increases. We did flight only and booked direct with the hotel for a week. £60 euro total for two airport taxis was cheaper than the extra £150/200 a head on the package price. I like their good travel mag and decent discounts on their beauty products. My main gripe on this occasion is that there was no prior information from the company about what the pilot diplomatically described as the “challenges of passport control” at Tenerife South. We had seen it on social media and so got there 3 h ahead. Zone C was announced 1h 50 before take off and we had just a 45 min queue for passport control. Behind us were three lads who had missed their flight the night before due to two to three hour queues. If you wait for the gate to be announced you have a chance of missing your flight if a lot of UK flights are going out together, it’s a nightmare ( we left Saturday evening, my brother next morning at lunch breezed through with just two Uk bound flights). The pilot held the flight for the 40 remaining passengers ( the night before they had had to put people in hotels) and that meant we landed into Newcastle at 210 in the morning. Get why they waited and no problem with that but passengers need to be told beforehand and warned to queue. I guess TUI and jet2 coordinate their coaches for packages so maybe more likelihood of extended queues. This was the worst country we have been through for the consequence of the Brexit vote queues. We only went for a special family occasion so won’t be going again but people need warning! My brother went with easyJet holidays so maybe less people using them and less queues :)

I really like jet2 BUT think they have become very expensive recently so I always look for the alternatives. We were unable to take the outward leg of this flight ( not too dear as it was January and low season to Spain) and when we rang Jet2 to ask to swap it to 4 days later, the cost was £104. We looked at another date in October ( finding a relatively ok outward cost but the return per head was 300 quid plus as school holidays…… ) Instead, Ryanair flights were £20 a head so we bought two of those for January instead and just travelled light. Find Ryanair cheap and punctual. You do have to pay extra for a carry on bag v the included 10 kg carry on with jet2 but you are often saving. We wanted to do a Tenerife break this winter too but it was over 3k for 3 people for one week. I have instead booked Jet2 flight only to Tenerife and booked direct with the hotel. Family members got a huge saving going with EasyJet v jet2 holidays in another part of the country ( like 400/500 a head less for the same package ). Would give jet2 5 star rating if prices hadn’t gone up so much. I also like their travel magazine :)

I always like itison. I like the wide range of deals in different locations and also their professionalism. I was able to check out something on a hotel in Edinburgh and as well as doing that the person actually checked too the date I wanted, without me asking. Unlike other similar companies, where once we didn’t get a refund for a lack of delivery/ show up on an activity, I know that wouldn’t happen with Itison. We even got a deal on a hotel for this coming March in Northumbria with breakfast and fizz in that was even better than going direct to the hotel. Hubby pleased as he saved on the Xmas present cost as he wanted to gift it but wanted to set a date with me so we booked before the New Year :)

Although the kettlebell present is yet to be opened at Xmas, I was very appreciative that Core Balance despatched a second one as the first didn’t reach me. I did wonder whether the weight of the box and that the content is named on the box was a factor in its theft en route. Dreadful how many things apparently go missing. This is my first experience and am so glad it was replaced as it was £35. It was recommended by Dr Chatterjee in his weekly emails for its quality neoprene so I decided to go for two. Just need to learn what to do with it! Communication with Core Balance was excellent from the get go once it didn’t arrive so am appreciative of that :)

I have been asked twice in a matter of days by cottages.com, with the purpose of improving customer satisfaction, that I review the company. The first request acknowledged that the review being sought may be taking place before the goods/ services had bern delivered.
Quite right - reservation made - seek feedback. A reminder today days in - feedback is important. So on this basis, I would probably use an air b n b in future to avoid ridiculous emails like this. Don’t mind reviewing after staying in a property but not before based on us simply making a booking. Whilst I am at it, booking fees shouldn’t be additional too to the property rental cost as you already make a LOT from rentals; I know this because of two friends’ experiences with rentals. So - there you go! Fix your systems please to not send ridiculous emails - this must be possible?

Very helpful staff and response replacing the deodorant case for me after some issues - this shows remarkable customer service and also a very genuine commitment that is their USP, less bathroom products going into landfill. Thanks as defo sticking with Wild now!

This company is fantastic - great quirky gifts and phenomenal customer service, for example, I wanted sizing on a poster. They were quick to respond on a number of queries. I like the fact with multiple orders there’s a significant discount - and all year round! I ordered a lot for Xmas and there was an error so as well as immediately despatching the forgotten one, instead of me returning the one sent in error, they asked me to regift or give to charity. What an initiative! Thanks MM :)

Great product - well received and popular gift. Used before and been popular as something ‘different’. Did wonder if there can be any way to request a definite time slot. I only say this due to the age of the person receiving - 90 - I was notified the slot was 4 to 6pm. It arrived at 730pm and my aunt didn’t want to open the door to a ‘strange man’ as she said - so the hamper sat there all night till she saw it next day!

We have used you for a few years now - I feel confident in your services even if I haven’t thankfully made a claim, fingers crossed never will. Today, Win was superb as we went through 3 peoples’ conditions, meds and he even waited whilst I texted/ called a family member to double check something. I have had cause to contact the company twice last year with a query about a health concern/ meds change and was given very excellent advice, just as today with professional support on renewing ( ish as left it too late:( ) - pleased to still get a customer discount. Thanks. Appreciate finding this company as with age, there now becomes items to tick on insurance travel boxes that onceover were all nos in your 20s. This is a company, that albeit I guess at a cost, do insure people with serious medical conditions and also cover whilst people await investigations. I am glad we can still have this cover as we age!

Dropping off was great - Emily is personable and professional, dealt with her previously :)
However, picking up wasn’t great as the vehicle wasn’t present so we had to wait, which with a two hour drive ahead on a Friday about 445 isn’t ideal. Alamo is linked to enterprise and I had the same issue in May in Penryn in Cornwall when I didn’t pick up a car one morning until almost 11 as it hadn’t arrived, hence I tried a different company this time but they are all part and parcel. The ten percent off was a bonus though.

I realised that I have car breakdown with my insurance policy but didn’t have the details. I could see after logging in it’s available online but I was concerned if I was somewhere with no signal and you can’t report an online breakdown.
I didn’t have to wait long for a real person and straight away ES8 gave me the information I required and also some peace of mind really as well. Thanks ES8 and the yoga team :)

I stopped using wowcher when there was an issue and we didn’t get a refund and they dealt with the matter unsatisfactorily.

Parcel delivered as requested but would rather have an option to specify where it's delivered when the options don't fit your house. We got it though hence the 5!

We think jet2 are a professional outfit but think our recent AI Lanzarote break was very expensive and also the hotel
food wasn’t to the standard of a previous visit. I looked at some flights this year and they are so expensive so I doubt we will be booking with them this time but will revert to DIY break or consider an EasyJet holiday instead. Sorry!

Great holiday and totally rate jet2 however this holiday was very expensive for it being out of school holidays and the quality of disappointing food and definitely not the 5 star rating assigned :(
We stayed at the gran Tagoro playa Blanca. Fourth visit to playa Blanca but worst stay! 2.1k for 6 nights AI for 3 adults in one room - that was for the end of January with a black Friday discount and jet2 club discount!

Great deal via secret escapes - lovely room and bottle fizz. Happy to swap the room for a twin room too for my friend and I. Great hotel brekky, v nice staff in reception and brekky, lovely Xmas gesture at weekends for guests with a mince pie and small glass fizz. Thanks!

Customer service is excellent and I have appreciated a chance to seek a refund when purchasing a one night voucher and then couldn’t buy two to use over consecutive nights. Thanks! When I had an enquiry over an Edinburgh property recently as I need one specific weekend, someone even checked availability. That was so helpful of them. Some good deals - itison is my fave :)
