Ordered on Sunday from Germany and it was delivered to the UK by Tuesday lunchtime. I was kept informed every step of the way with accurate tracking updates. Fantastic service and a very fast delivery. Absolutely brilliant!

I’ve tried plenty of protein cereals over the years, but ELEAT is by far the best. The taste is genuinely excellent, the texture stays crunchy, and it doesn’t have that artificial protein flavour that so many others do.

It’s packed with protein, keeps me full for hours, and has become my go-to breakfast. As someone who’s often on the go, it’s an easy way to start the day with something that’s both healthy and satisfying.

Fast and easy

I’ve had a great experience with Healf from start to finish. Their customer service is excellent — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful — and the quality of their products really stands out.

The magnesium glycinate in particular has been exceptional. It’s clearly high quality, easy to tolerate, and has made a noticeable difference compared to other supplements I’ve tried. You can tell real care has gone into sourcing and formulation.

Overall, Healf combines exceptional products with great customer service, which isn’t always easy to find. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be ordering again.

Very disappointed with DPD. Three separate parcels arrived soaking wet, yet it wasn’t raining at all at the time of delivery. This strongly suggests they were either left in a wet van or mishandled in the DPD warehouse.

Packaging was clearly compromised and this is completely unacceptable for a professional courier service. I now have concerns about potential damage to the contents.

This level of care is not what I expect from a company that claims to offer a premium delivery service. DPD need to seriously improve how parcels are stored and handled before delivery.

Really pleased with these window deflectors — good quality and fit perfectly. Delivery was quick and everything was well packaged. They make a nice difference when driving with the windows slightly open, especially at speed. Highly recommend.

The driver was friendly and careful with the parcel, which arrived in excellent condition. For something heavy and potentially fragile like a car battery, the service was spot on. Fast, reliable, and well-handled highly recommended!

I ordered a parcel from the US on Tuesday and it arrived in the UK by Friday the 4th – just three days! I was kept fully informed with regular tracking updates throughout. Brilliant service from DHL – fast, efficient, and reliable. Highly impressed.

I paid an additional fee for next day delivery, but the order failed to arrive on time. Attempts to contact Sports Direct for assistance have been incredibly frustrating, as there appears to be no way to speak with a real person. The only option provided is an unhelpful automated chatbot that offers no meaningful support or resolution.

For a company of this scale, the lack of accessible customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider paying extra for expedited delivery, as the service does not meet expectations

I’ve been using Huel for a while now and I’m really impressed with the overall quality. The products are convenient, nutritionally balanced, and taste great once you find the right flavours for you. Customer service has also been excellent, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. The only downside is the price, which is a bit on the higher side, but for the convenience and quality, it’s worth considering if it fits your budget
