Absolute a**holes. It showed that there is no tax paying with eneba wallet. Okay i trusted it.
Went to top up my wallet, bought 10 euros of top up , paid 11.18 with tax for top up. Alright is what it is at least i’ll buy my thing a few cents cheaper. I go to buy a item i wanted that costs 9.80 and when i went to check out now and pressed on eneba wallet it fu**ing added another tax of 70 cents. What the actual f. Having to pay taxes 2 times? Is this a joke. Never using eneba again.

I have used eneba many times before but…
I have used eneba many times before but today when I bought Forza Horizon 6 from the vendor k2key, I got scammed and was given a fake code. I opened a ticket with eneba and got a refund within 3 hours but the refund did not include the $3.91 service fee. Other then that its pretty trust worthy and unlike some key shops most game keys have the promo code AKS14,15, etc for how ever much % off so its pretty nice

The key I purchased was for a completely different game. Company aren't willing to rectify their mistakes.
All through the process I was shown info on the game I thought I was buying, so had no reason to think that there would be an issue.
Then received a key that, bar the name, has absolutely no connection to the title ordered.
At no point has there been acknowledgement of a mistake, and that the game I received is the game I paid for.
Think twice before you buy from Eneba.
