Very welcoming and helpful. I arrived at South West Optics unannounced as I was staying nearby on holiday. The showroom was in a secure building and I was guided to the sales area. I had previously viewed compact binoculars online - but wished to try them in my hands. Russell was very helpful and let me try the Swarovski and Leica ones I had been considering, plus Lieca's latest Noctovid. I was looking for a something very light, smooth focus, superb optics and overall quality but also suitable for a user wearing varifocal glasses. Russell let myself and my wife have a good 'play'with the various options along with trying outside. I already have a pair of Swarovski NL pure 8x32 and found the Swarovski Curio a perfect practical and quality addition. In use it is wonderfully light and easy to use. Thank you Russell.

I had an problem with payment on the internet. Darren at Land of Beds noticed I had an item in my basket but not completed the sale. He rang my mobile and left a meesage and also sent me an email asking if he could assist. This contact was very helpful. Darren was polite and confirmed that my order had been placed successfully.

I ordered 2 stihl garden sprayers. An SG31 5L and a SG11 Plus. Although WGM sent me an incorrect item (SG11 not an SG11 Plus) they were easy to contact by phone. An email resolved the issue very politely and to my satisfaction. I would recommend WGM for price, product and customer service.

Mattress arrived quickly. V heavy - as already known. Unpacked and unfolded - majically restored itself to mattress full size. New mattress smell for 3 days gradually reducing. Still awaiting a bed frame from other supplier - So not tried mattress. However it is for the guest bedroom and looke / feels excellent. Its a 'Which' Best buy top score. Purchased in sale as recommended.

Next used on hi-fi stack (remember those) amp, cd player (that skipped tracks), tape deck, radio. Disconnected everything. Removed all covers. Blasted the lot. Used poke swabs on cd laser. Now all working perfect. A Blast From The Past.
