Good products and service
We were looking to upgrade the locks on our french doors, the guides on the website made it easy to find the measurements of the existing locks and order new ones. It was simple to pick and use the keyed alike service.

Good product and good installation service
The website has many varieties of keysafes. I ordered one approved by police and recommended by a neighbour. There was a delay in delivery, but I was kept informed by email and in the end I am very satisfied with the product. The installation process went smoothly, and the engineer came at the proper time and was very efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Poor delivery time..9 days not next day
Took 9 days to deliver an item that was supposed to be next day delivery. They had informed me it was out of stock and no idea when available. Then it magically appeared with little notice despite asking to cancel the order. Then had to pay to return for a refund as ordered elsewhere with an actual next day delivery

Replacement camera
During renovation works one of the existing cameras was damaged. Having already purchased two CCTV kits from Safe, they were my first port of call. The representative I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She informed me that I couldn't get the same camera but suggested a compatible (more modern) alternative. The picture is so clear day or night. It was despatched the same day. Could not be happier with the service from Safe, this time or the previous two.

Poor experience and damage
Ordering was smooth, contacting the company was difficult when the item did not arrive as stated. After chasing, was given a new date way after date promised.
Delivery by Bishopsgate came and comms was good. Install process, new unit on the wall was damaged with no apology and it has now cost me £70 to replace and repair the wall. I call it clumsy entrance as there was adequate space for entry

Very happy with my safe it does what it's designed to do. It charges my lithium batterys safely and noing they are in a safe being charged makes me feel safe in my own house .

Great service
Great service – highly recommended
Really pleased with the service from SAFE. I needed a locksmith to attend to open a safe and they were able to come out the same day, which was really appreciated.
The job was carried out exactly as discussed and everything was dealt with professionally and efficiently. The locksmith was also extremely patient while I sorted payment using a virtual credit card, which took a little longer than expected!
Friendly, helpful and reliable service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend SAFE and would happily use them again.

Flood and fireproof document case
Very quick delivery. The document box holds A4 and is very substantial. It has a lock but don’t buy it as a safe because I think anyone could break into it easily enough
