All good, thanks

No mattress. No contact. Chased twice a few days apart. Told same thing both times - will be collected by courier tomorrow. When i told agent mattress was supposed to be delivered within 7 to 10 days, she said “I don’t know where you got that from”. Well, it was on the listing on the website! Not impressed at all.

Delivery service superb.
Tony and Mike were professional, efficient and careful.
All complete within an hour. All rubbish taken away. All I had to do was make up the bed.

A lovely buying experience at Land of Beds in Helsby today.
The lady who served us was named Julie and even though she was serving multiple people, she was so attentive and knowledgeable that it was a pleasure choosing the 2 beds that we’d gone in to buy.
I would definitely recommend this store and my husband and I will be back to buy more in the future I’m sure.

We live in rural Dorset and searched online for a superking firm divan base. We found Lucy S @ Land Of Beds, Helsby, really helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic. We had a few calls on Bank Holiday Saturday while she collated all the answers to our questions. We settled on a beautiful Ocean green, which works very well. Great service, lovely bed base, smooth, no problem service. Recommended

From the moment we entered the shop we (my Daughter and I) could see the amount of choices available, the Sales Person was brilliant, she gave good advice to my daughter on not choosing a bed straight away. She already knew what type of bed and mattress she wanted and was steered in the right direction. Just waiting for it to be finished and delivered now.

From the minute I made my enquiry through to delivery everything was exceptional. Customer service was fantastic, the sales agent asked me what I wanted and what was my budget and found me a beautiful quality, super comfortable bed within budget. There were no pushy sales tactics at all and I am so happy I will be buying the same bed for another two rooms.
Delivery was on time with excellent communication and the guys were very careful in my home.

We were looking for a new mattress ,did not know where to go as our local shop that we had dealt with for years had closed down. Our last mattress was a Sealy and it had always been very comfortable, our neighbour had one from a local well known retailer which was a Sealy and a few weeks after purchase found that it was sinking ,on closure look they found out that it was a Sealy but made in China so her experience sorry of put us of for a while then we thought the one we had got was eleven years old and was getting uncomfortable.
However when I saw your name on the web site and saw this one advertised it was just what we were looking for and we were pleased to see that it was made in England ,so I ordered it.
and when it was delivered the team that came were very polite and helpful ,they took there time and placed the new one on the bed carefully and showed me how to turn it, for a longer life, the first few nights were not very comfortable as the mattress was a lot firmer than our last one . .However after a week we are now finding it very comfortable.
