I could not get the order to go through after approving in my banking app so messaged the company on Saturday night of a public holiday weekend. On Sunday morning I received a call and was able to place my order over the phone really easily.

Efficient check out, confirmation came instantly, too early to speak about delivery as no details as yet.

Irene was so knowledgeable about the beds and explained everything to my husband and I and also to are granddaughter who we were looking for a bed for. She took the time to explain about each bed we looked at. We purchased a single sealy bed and also a double. We also purchased the mattress covers which Irene also explained how they worked. Alan completed the order explaining about delivery. They are also removing double mattress for free. Definitely worth a visit to there shop in Helsby. Marian, Bernie and Robyn

I contacted land of beds for a price match on a mattress. I submitted by info via the price match form and requested they call me back.
Charley promptly called me back that afternoon and guided me through the successful price match. She suggested some pillows on sale that were very competitively priced and i accepted those also I'd like to thank Charley for her excellent customer service.

She was knowledgeable, really helpful over our Harrison mattress dilemma and searched to get the right product for us online all with genuine enthusiasm and friendliness. Large array of beds/mattresses in the Helsby store. Louise, sales, was very informative and helpful. No pressure sales tactics. Can't wait to sleep on my new mattress.

Delivery was right on time, old mattress and the packages were taken away. The mattress was taken upstairs and put the bed for us. Fantastic service, highly recommended.

I should be in new bed as planned after surgery wednesday 12th august
I purchased a Millbrook supering cloud deluxe on the 16th July which was delivered on Saturday 25th July, on inspection before opening the sealed bag I could see a kink in the bed which you could feel the metal support edging was missing so I immediately called land of beds and providing via email photos of the damage only to be told I had to call back Monday to speak to a customer service agent as they are who I need to speak too as there unavailable at weekends, which I did . bed still sitting blocking the front door hallway sealed. Then on Monday whilst speaking to customer service I was asked to open the bed packaging to provide further photos which I did and waited for them to get back to me. after a couple of days of going backwards and forwards im told they would replace the bed on the Saturday 15th August. The BJS delivery company they use were equaly as bad as neither the first time when they just took off as I was pointing out the damage and the second time when I told the 2 delivery drivers I wasn't accepting the second bed as it was worse damaged than the first bed they either make out they can't understand English or just act dumb. One driver calls someone else speaking in a foreign language I take it to be at BJS,then hands the phone to me and I explain to him im not accepting the new replacement bed and that they are also taking the bed it was replacing (2 Beds Taken) which he understood and asked me to hand the phone back to the driver.
I sent the photos of the supposed replacement bed to land of beds customer service and on Monday called again to tell them what had happened and waited for a response which the same customer service agent then emailed that they had spoken to Millbrook Beds and assured me the kinks in the bed would go with time which is more hair pulling time as I had told the very same agent on the Monday they had taken both beds away.. Then after calling back again was told they would get back to me. following day I receive an email I will be refunded when Millbrook receive the beds into there warehouse which is im my opinion is a joke as I purchased from land of beds not direct from Millbrook. I have called several times now up to today the 27th august and still not received my refund. still lying on a piece of foam after my operation, absolutely disgusting and im fuming. I hope this will prompt someone to pull there finger out and sort this out.

CONTACT COMPANY NO PROBLEM HOWEVER THE PRODUCT NOT WORTH THE MONEY .. HAVE TRIED ALL WAYS OF KEEPING THE TOPPER ON MY BED NONE OF WHICH HAVE WORKED BUT CANT RETURN AS I HAVE THROWN OUT THE BOX IT CAME IN ..
