Very quick turnaround on a bespoke item and really lovely packaging

I have been using Mr Heat (Martin) for years now and he is totally reliable, honest and reasonably priced. If he can't make it, he always sends one of his fantastic team as quickly as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else for all our plumbing needs.

I am livid - booked the 80's Symphonic event at Birmingham Symphony Hall - costing me £94.50. The event has been cancelled - disappointing loss of a Christmas present.
They have refunded me £82.50 - and tell me that they still booked the tickets so I have to pay the booking fee of £12!! It's hardly my fault the event was cancelled, and now I am out of pocket. They also wouldn't tell me who the organiser was of the event - so I can't get my money back - this is so unfair

Really speedy delivery of spare parts. The grill was cracked, but was replaced within a couple of days - so problem solved. Quality of products and customer service excellent.

Also interesting that they have not issued any libelous actions against me as threatened and that all their online reviews are good ones - have they had them all removed?

Absolutely brilliant. I placed an order on Sunday night at 7:15, the drawers arrived the next day at 7:15, with massive snow problems too. The packaging was excellent so no chance of damages and the guys took them upstairs and in place for us. They are incredibly well made and look superb. Unbelievable customer service, product quality and delivery. Very very happy customer. December 11th 2017.

Sadly the charger wasn't right and I can't get one to fit, but they accepted the product back, full refund and did try to find me the right one - so can't fault them. Quicker to get a refund than on Amazon.

Website easy to use - seems relatively cheap and flexible since who knows how long it will be before they pass! Also like the discount for when daughter passes test and needs full insurance - nice loyalty touch!

Rapid service, can't fault the user experience at all

Love the way I got an instant text confirming my order, then another within a few hours telling me it had been dispatched, and the fact that it arrived the next day was brilliant - was expecting up to 5 days. I cannot fault this service at all - and it's always risky using an online company that you haven't heard of before. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to people. Gill
