With a strong recommendation from a friend to ask Mr Heat to quote for a complete new replacement heating system, I was impressed from the start. Martin from Mr Heat was polite, professional and very knowledgeable, ultimately giving first class advice on what system to go for and importantly captured all of my requirements from our discussions.

My initial concerns about the disruption and mess of having the old system taken out (tanks in the loft and airing cupboard, system boiler, pipework, 15 radiators & 2 mixer showers) and replaced with a new combi system and radiators etc was not necessary, as the installation engineers were brilliant, super friendly, very competent and respectful of my property (protecting carpets etc and clearing away debris as they went along).

Mr Heat provided value for money and impressive service, as a result I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Heat for any heating installations and I will certainly be using their services in the years to come.

Martin is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Plus he has great legs. What's not to like? We have no hesitation in recommending him and Rachel. We are very reassured to have found him, it removes any worry about our heating system. Ta-daa!
