Excellent service from quotation of boiler from Adam to instillation with Paul. Adam was very clear about what was needed. Paul was friendly and professional, with an added bonus of taking care of cleaning at the end. I hope to use this company in the future for services/maintenance, and it is good to know there is a reliable local company.

Excellent all over. I have had no problem at all with their services. They are helpful, polite and considerate and importantly seem to do a very professional job.
I had a new replacement boiler last year and just had an annual service.
They were flexible when we ran into a problem during the replacement boiler installation last year, caused by hidden issue of the previous install. All ended up well.

Dealing with Adam has been an absolute pleasure since his first visit to my home to discuss fitting an air conditioning unit. He was so knowledgeable and took so much trouble to explain how the product worked that I felt all my questions had been answered. On fitting day the whole process went smoothly and Adam took a lot of time to take me through the fitting process. He showed me how to use the unit and when he left I felt very comfortable with the whole process and my home felt wonderfully cool.

it was the first time my boiler had been serviced the engineer was very good, and tested all of the radiators. i was very pleased with the service.

We didn't have any hot water in our new house. Paul was absolutely fantastic on the phone with me. He sorted the issue with our boiler without even having to come over, it was working again in 5minutes. I will definitely be using South Manchester Heating again, he was brilliant.

Fantastic customer service. Appointment times are kept, usually receive a p/call prior to the visit to advise the engineer is on the way.
The engineers are polite and courteous and respectful of property (Paul always removes his shoes at the front door).
