The customer service (Ewelina) has been outstanding from start to finish. She was always quick to reply, helpful, understanding, and kept us updated throughout the whole process.

Unfortunately, we had some issues with Evri during the delivery, but the company handled everything professionally and gave us great support until my replacement parcel arrived safely. That level of customer care really made a difference.

My 1st years never fail to deliver! The gifts are always beautifully made and packed with care to celebrate those first year milestone. My last purchase was the denim gilet and it was absolutely stunning, the quality was incredible.

I’ve ordered twice from My 1st Years. As with a lot of products you can personalise, they can be expensive but worth keeping an eye on the sales. Items have arrived with correct spelling and text, nice packaging and in good time. I am disappointed by the quality of the personalisation on one of the plush toys though. I thought it would be embroidered but just looks like someone used some glitter glue or vinyl transfer. The listing says “flock” but I wouldn’t have thought this to look at it. Would consider shopping again but for wooden products.

Customer services were first class in responding to our concern and ensured the birthday and 1st day at school gift arrived and is as requested.

Very happy with my purchase. Rucksack exactly as expected as bought one before for my older grandson. Good quality and easy to use website.

I had a parcel marked as delivered, but it had simply been left outside my property and was no longer there when I returned home.

When I contacted customer service, I expected them to investigate with Evri. Instead, I was told I had to obtain a Crime Reference Number from the police before they would even begin an investigation. I find this completely unreasonable. At this stage, I have no way of knowing whether the parcel was stolen, misdelivered, or simply left in an unsafe place.

Rather than taking responsibility and investigating with their courier, the burden was placed entirely on me. This has made what should have been a straightforward customer service issue unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.

I hope the company reviews this policy, as it creates a poor customer experience when something goes wrong.

Beautiful dressing gown for my granddaughter very well made and beautiful name embroidery very pleased only one small thing to say about the gift box it came in was very badly damaged I’ve contacted customer services. Does not take away from the beautiful item am very pleased with it.
