A Reliable Aerial Company You Can Trust
From the moment I spoke to Elaine "in the office" to completion of the work a few days later, I couldn't have wished for a more helpful and re-assuring experience both from Elaine and Andy who carried out the work.
We do stream, but also wanted the option of "traditional digital TV" via an aerial. One day we experienced significant interference which gave rise to our call to "Digital Direct". Andy, the technician, advised us to change the transmitter we were connected to, where it would be best to site our new aerial, and kept me posted, as his work progressed, showing me "signal strength" etc on his tablet. Andy worked quickly and efficiently, and it was not unlike having a friend in the house!
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Company to those in need and again thanks to you both for all your help and support.

Great personable team who weren't fazed by the 'tricky' install. In and out in 30 minutes and that included a brief stop for a cold drink. It was a very hot day.
So a excellent job all-round!

Excellent service. Left clean, neat and tidy. Both members of staff were friendly and professional. Would have been 5 stars but the member of staff didn't have all the equipment needed at the first visit even after discussing it at booking stage. Would happily recommend and use again.
