I joined with OnlyCat at the development stage. Waited quite a while for the product to be completed and delivered BUT it was well worth the wait. This is a fantastic product. For any owner of an outdoor cat who insists on bringing live “presents” into the house day or night, or who wants to keep track of when your cat is in/out, this is a MUST have purchase. You will not regret it. The customer support is outstanding. Five stars isn’t enough for this product or the team behind it.

My second year of using Marshalls for vegetables. Obviously they were very good last year so I came back for more. My produce last year was first class, amazing crops of garlic, beetroot and leeks. The only downside is the courier, Yodel, everything I have hade delivered has been upside down at some point, with very little left in the planting trays and a big jumbled mess of peat and plants. Luckily the plants survived.

What can I say at this stage? Website easy to use. Choice of products excellent. Prices good. Delivery by Yodel appalling, box battered and upside down despite clear markings to keep “this way up”. AVOID Yodel. The plants look healthy and I’m looking forward to seeing a big beautiful crop of cabbages. I’ll definitely use Marshall’s again.

Absolutely useless. Package of plants clearly marked keep upright left on its side on my doorstep. The box was also crushed. I will need to ask supplier to send replacements but NOT with Yodel. Awful company. AVOID

Please let me use ZERO stars for this shockingly awful company. Absolute crooks. Booked a flight and hotel last year after taking out their "Prime Membership". Confirmation of flight and hotel came through and it was different to what was booked. Called Opodo to cancel flight and hotel and arrange a refund. Refund was refused. Cancelled Prime at the same time. Latest credit card statement shows £59 membership payment to Opodo. Called Opodo today to query charge and was told that membership was not cancelled last year, everything else had been recorded.....convenient isn't it. Another refund refused, so that is approx £500 paid to Opodo in the last 12 months with absolutely NOTHING from them apart from a headache. They are crooks AVOID USING OPODO AT ALL COSTS

After posting this review, I was contacted by opodo and have been told a refund is in the process of being issued for the prime membership fee for this year. thank you opodo for seeing sense and doing the right thing.

In app booking system shambolic. Selected dates for holiday, app showed availability of hotels and flights. I picked hotel and most suitable flights, entered payment details and completed the booking. The confirmation came through with dates a month earlier than i selected. I emailed Opodo to rebook or cancel and was told that I had to cancel flight with the airline myself and that the hotel didn’t have anything on my selected dates. Now struggling to get refunds. AVOID OPODO
