SCAM ALERT: OPODO IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Opodo is a complete scam artist, and my experience is proof. They charged my bank account for a flight but never issued the ticket with the airline. They took my money and delivered zero service.

When I requested a cancellation, they started the endless cycle of lies regarding the refund. Despite their advertised 10-day refund policy, it has been over two months and I have received NOTHING.

I had to call them repeatedly (as they never replied to emails), only to be met with constant deception: "Wait 10 more days," then "7 days," then "3 days," then "1 day"... This is a deliberate tactic to delay and steal your money.

Do not fall for their traps! They will lure you into their useless Prime Membership just to grab the fee, and then they will steal the money from your actual booking anyway. You will get nothing but stress, frustration, and a massive loss of money.

Opodo is a company built on lies and deception. They must be condemned and boycotted. Save yourself the heartache and book directly with the airline.

Opodo inconvenienced me so much when I called to change my booking to Nigeria for my wedding.
I called their customer service severally and gave them the date I want change to. Getting to finalising my change of booking and having agreed to pay the difference, they would send a code to my email and asked me to checked my email for the code .
The code couldn't be opened and I carried on for about 2 weeks yet they didn't change my booking nor give me partial refund from the £600 + I paid on ticket.
I even tried called calling Turkish airline and they said since Opodo is a third party and are responsible for dealing
with changing to booking or refund. The stress was too much that I end up forfeited my booking money.
Since then I have swore I will never patronise Opodo because they are fraudulent!

Terrible customer service!! I cancelled my flight and was refunded which was great but I also emailed to cancel my membership as I didn’t realise it was automatically renewed every year. Today I’ve woken up to another £80 out of my account so I called up and was told that they don’t respond to emails and they won’t refund me the full amount! I explained to them that I had emailed exactly a year ago asking to cancel but somehow it’s my fault because they don’t reply to emails so I should’ve called
