Easy booking, fair price with the prime account! I try to book more often via opodo prime now. But, flying with luggage ist not cheaper, only flying without!!!

Your customer service agent was great, and would give him 5* but the policy of refund was 3*, however, your agent did his best to resolve my issue, but I would have preferred a full refund.
