⭐ 1-star review — Absolutely useless and completely misleading
Avoid eDreams at all costs.
We booked flights through eDreams, believing everything was confirmed and that we could travel as planned. We arrived at the airport, checked in, and were then told that eDreams had been blocked by Ryanair and that our booking could not be processed.
So, despite having what we believed was a valid booking, we were left at the airport with no choice but to pay an additional €165 to book the flights ourselves.
What makes this even more frustrating is that eDreams had given us the impression that we could book these flights through them. We were also told that Aer Lingus had cancelled the original outbound booking, adding to the complete mess and confusion.
The whole experience has been incredibly stressful, expensive and disappointing. If eDreams cannot actually provide the flights they advertise and accept bookings for, they should not be taking people's money or misleading customers into thinking everything is arranged.
€165 out of pocket, a huge amount of unnecessary stress, and absolutely no confidence in eDreams whatsoever.
I will certainly be taking this further and would strongly advise others to book directly with the airline and avoid eDreams completely.

DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
So I booked a Ryanair flight through this company & a Aer Lingus flight. First they cancelled my aer Lingus flight then the Ryanair booking reference was not recognised online. When I queried this at the airport I was told they are blocked by Ryanair & it costs an additional €55 per passenger!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Car rental experience was dreadful
Car rental experience was dreadful. Because of an error my car rental ticket was duplicated and so I paid double price. But I use only one car ticket! I immediately activate reclaim but They just hid themselves behind their beuracracy and refuse to refund me. Such a poor and shameful behaviour from their side; they just lose a customer.

Very unhappy as I did not asked for the prime and called straight away after the money was taken and asked for the cancellation straight away and they said couldn’t refund all the money (only half). Still debating for that as I don’t want the service at all

Ripped off $200 AUS booking an internal flight in Australia
Booking a flight in Australia. SYdney to Perth on a cheap flight.
$724. A bit higher than normal but acceptable.
Didn't book seats.
Basic selection. None of the ccrappy addons.
Just got a message fomr my bank that $724 USD was charged to my account.
Nowhere on eDreams site does it say the cost is in USD.
It is an Australian internal flight.
Over $1000 Australian for a normal $800 fare.
I Checked on SkyScanner and in small writing it says All fares in USD*
Si I guess I have learned.

Never trust eDreams.
Just bought an $800 fare form Virgin for $1000. Edreams scoop $200 for doing F-All.
If I could cancel I would but of course you need to pay more to cancel.
