Great functionality on the website, can change flight times etc very easily. Got a better deal by several £100s by booking with last minute compared with direct to BA

If I could give negative I would
If I could give negative I would. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life. I booked a hotel through them, when spoke to the hotel they said they didn't even recognise the booking number and that we needed to contact the agent. Last minute.com refused to help and said it was on the hotels fault and their problem even though it was a 5* luxurious hotel. It was impossible to get through to them, they were extremely unprofessional over the phone. Would cut the call on you, Reguse to help and just say they would write a comment to customer care who would ring us back. No one ever rang us back or got into contact with us, please please please avoid last minute.com at all costs. Have en ever recieved such bad service in my life, just caused so much stress and ruined our whole entire holiday with zero compensation.

My Belek Collection the worst holiday destination
This is soley to do with the hotel being advertised as something it is not. It should never be a 4 star rated place and for the price we have been charged, this was absolute robbery for the service we received. Untidy, dirty, unorganised
