The driver left the box of frozen dog food on the doorstep in the blazing sun. Didn’t ring or knock. By the time we’d noticed it was there the dog food had started to melt.

Royal mail failed to deliver the item but school blazer worked their socks off to help me get the item in time for Christmas which included changing the original delivery address. The best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you

I received only one set of Christmas tree lights but ordered two. I wrote to customer services (pre Xmas) to ask where they were but have still received no response.

The eucalyptus garland wasn’t long enough to do a standard staircase and did look a bit plasticky in real life.

Fret not folks! My punchbag kit arrived today after radio silence from the company. Ordered on 4/2. All the stuff is in the box, nothing missing. So far so good. Shame the company didn’t respond to concerned customers but I guess they are totally overwhelmed. Have faith in them, hopefully they’ll deliver for those of you who are still waiting.

Clothes I ordered were nothing like the photos; quality and fit are terrible. Unwearable in fact. One dress still to arrive.

Any positive reviews are a scam. Don’t believe them.

Tried to return two dresses and told I would have to foot the bill (fine) but having seen other experiences, sounds as if you don’t get your money back anyway so didn’t bother with the aggro and the expense (back to China).

Avoid this site like the plague.

Bought a new hotpoint washing machine when my old one packed up. Have been a loyal fan of hotpoint, but this new machine has been nothing but trouble. I've had at least 6 call outs to fix various things and the whole process to talk to someone and get someone out is torturous.

I will never touch hotpoint again. Such a shame.
