So far - So good. Everything ready for our Home Insurance policy - starts today. All our questions answered by very good people on the online help page.

My my experience on the online chat was great very easy and the call handler was great

Website easy to use, online chat readily available and UK based . Agent *RL2* dealt with my query quickly and efficiently and house insurance sorted for another year at a competitive price ..very happy customer

Initially it was all fine until I had to contact them. There was a discrepancy on my policy of which an extra charge was wanted. I am of an old age lol, I struggled navigating the online chat and typing out my problem. It was sorted in the end tho. I would prefer to speak to a person over tgr phone really but this is the way things are going.

One click car insurance agent IR2, Llana, did a Top Job. She got me an excellent quote which I naturally accepted 😁😁

LG3 was most helpful and very pleasant. I would give her 5 stars .

Took nearly £2500 out of my account 5 days before renewal without consent when I wasn't even renewing with them then proceeded to tell me it would take up to 10 days to refund. Nothing more than thieves.

I simply wanted to remove a named driver, for whom I had already paid, and replace them with someone else, paying only any additional premium resulting from the change in risk.

I appreciate that this may not be a straightforward request to resolve online. However, after spending 25 minutes communicating with your live chat team, it became clear that the outcome was going to be exactly the same, with no satisfactory resolution.

Np3 was very polite and helpful and got me a great deal on my renewal

My renewal quote, was higher than i expected, however after contacting customer services and discussing my insurance quote, I received a good quote. One line website is good as are customer services

I was having trouble logging into the one click customer portal so I started a chat with EW2. EW2 helped me with the information needed and explained the likely cause of the issue. EW2 also updated my email address. A great job, as I can now login with my new email address. Thanks EW2

I find it very hard being able to talk to anybody plus confusing when its 1 call ,1click shiuld be same ?

Guy said i was covered then it turns out i am not covered waste of my time

Had a query about access to their app. The agent told me that I couldn’t login initially because I had only recently downloaded the app. Question answered but would be useful if the app gave a response to the effect that you need to allow …. hours before you can login.
