Took nearly £2500 out of my account 5 days before renewal without consent when I wasn't even renewing with them then proceeded to tell me it would take up to 10 days to refund. Nothing more than thieves.

Never received parcel. It was delivered to a random house. Reported to Sainsbury's customer services. Was told someone would get back to me on the Monday. It's now Thursday and still haven't heard a word. Disgraceful

Very poor quality. Wanted a long belted cardigan and received a thin, cheap cardigan with a bit of wool (supposedly a belt) and no where to attach it (no belt loops). For what I paid I expected a whole lot more.

Top quality, amazing smelling products. Can honestly say these wax melts are far superior to any I've used in the past. Gorgeous smells and last for ages and the customer service is second to none. Will definitely be a regular customer.

The courier never takes a photo of where they left the parcel. This would be useful when the parcel is delivered to the wrong address.

Got email to say parcel has been delivered but no parcel was delivered! Not even a photo of where it was delivered. I've been at home all morning and thankfully have security cameras all around my property and no delivery was made. No contact number. No reply to email. Pathetic customer service. Has put me off ordering from any company that uses this courier.

The worst customer service ever. You cannot speak to anyone and webchat gives only a few options and if you're problem is not one of them you get no help. Even sent them a DM on twitter and got no response. Will NEVER purchase from them again. And the items I purchased were cheap rubbish. I remember when HOF had a good reputation but now they've one of the worst.
