Found the whole experience professional. The advisor was professional and polite.

Good website, easy to use, plenty of choice at reasonable prices.
Negative
Unable to alter delivery address, even though items were not as yet dispatched.
Spoke to customer services, as made a mistake when ordering, and hadn't changed my old address on the website.
Was told it couldn't be altered, even though I reckonised my mistake, 5 mins after ordering. This is poor in my opinion
