Following my two previous reviews yoga have again asked me to contactthem with a no!!! Reply message which is exactly what I tried to do on the previous email it does not seem to register with them that you get the same response from there system. Simple solution just refund the unjustified deduction in the first place surely anyone can understand that except yoga insurance all this for a£49.99 deduction for cancellation that i should not have had to do in the first place but for their unrequested auto renew that i never agreed to
