I was having trouble logging into the one click customer portal so I started a chat with EW2. EW2 helped me with the information needed and explained the likely cause of the issue. EW2 also updated my email address. A great job, as I can now login with my new email address. Thanks EW2

I had a couple of issues with our Gas meter readings, from our new meter installed by EDF, and a very friendly and professional lady helped me called Maddy. I explained the issues and she quickly proposed a couple of actions that might remedy the situation. Although she explained that it could take up to 48 hours for the potential fixes to be realised. The experience over the phone was all good and positive and she said that if there was still anything wrong after the 48 hours that I was to get back in touch.

From initial contact in their Stockport branch right through to replacement of my defective tyre my experience was friendly, professional and straightforward. I would recommend to family and friends.

I booked our holiday to the Maldives using the loveholiday app. It was all very easy and transparent and gave clear information about each resort in comparison. There was an initial issue with the flight we had chosen but that was quickly dealt with by the loveholiday staff offering alternative flights. A minor glitch with the confirmation paperwork again was quickly dealt with after I contacted them. All in all very good and would recommend to family and friends

My renewal notification came through and I used their on-line chat option to discuss my renewal. I spoke to Harry eventually who used the updated information I provided to quickly give me a better updated quote which I accepted. So all in all not a bad experience and I saved some money

The handle matched our original catch except for the length if the barrel which was shorter than our earlier catch. I managed to adapt the fixing to account fir the difference.

Did a quick on-line search for tyres I required and Asda came up best on price. They also offered either a mobile fitter ( at small extra cost) or fitting at local garages. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommended

I called TalkTalk to talk me through a contract renewal process against the options on offer. The experience was made better by talking to Fortune (one of TalkTalk's representatives). The information provided was clear and concise and Fortune was very friendly and made the whole process a pleasure.

I booked a test drive in a diesel Q3 on Tuesday 25th July 2023 not intending or believing that I would buy a car that day. Lucinda was my main contact that day and she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My wife was with me and we went out on our test drive, the test drive went very well for both of us. On our arrival back at the branch, I was very impressed with test drive car and asked whether it was available for sale. I was told that it was part of their approved used range. Whilst we were out on the test drive Lucinda organised for my current Q3 to be valued as part exchange and asked her colleague Jess to put together the financial options available to me for against a used and a brand new Q3 to the spec I was looking at. My wife and I had previously booked a holiday in our touring caravan which we were due to start on Saturday 29th July 2023 using my current Q3, which had a towbar fitted. I so impressed though with the used Q3 that we had our drive in, I asked whether Jess could do the financials on this car under a PCP deal adding a towbar. I very happy with the PX valuation on my current Q3 against the used Q3. Jess gave us the PCP financial information on the approved used Q3 which were very acceptable. The only thing stopping us doing a deal right then and there was the fitting of the towbar on the approved used Q3 by Friday 28th July 2023. Lucinda and Jess asked us to bear with them for a couple days so that they could see whether they organise the fitting of the towbar. I had a phonecall from Lucinda on Thursday 27th July with the brilliant news that the towbar had been fitted and that the approved used car would be ready for collection on Friday 28th July 2023. In the meantime Jess had confirmed that all the financials had been approved by Audi Finance and was ready to go after completing all the paperwork. I want to thank and complement both Lucinda and Jess for what they did for us over those few days. The whole process of buying my new used Q3 and PXing my old Q3 was handled extremely well and was a comfortable pleasant experience.

The whole process of deciding, ordering and delivery went without any problems at all. The delivery guys even carried mattress upstairs for us and gave good advice about opening the packaging. The mattress is very comfortable and has improved our sleep.

There website is very easy to navigate and choose the plants that you want. The plants arrived in tact, in great condition and on a timely basis. I was kept informed of progress of my order. I would use them again if I could not find the same plants that I want at my local garden centre.
