right eye twice a day. I have had Catoract
Surgery and I wanted ti make sure these reading glasses were okay for me?

Popular items are easy to locate

Item not delivered, and 3 emails so far, ignored, not replied to.

They advertise 4 to 6 days to the UK by Royal Mail or DPD, yet sent by Evri (Hermes UK).

When you ask about a delivery, just an automated email, saying to allow 12 days.

Evri show parcel too large, for what the Seller input, so not delivered, and to ask the Seller to resolve for a refund, over 12 days as well.

I assume I will have to contact my Credit Card to resolve, BUYER BEWARE.

They also email asking for G/reviews to get your item for free, but do that as soon as you ordered, so I would ignore most reviews!

Easy to order and just what I was looking for.

It was so easy to find what i wanted and an easy process to order.

The information was concise and informative. It was encouraging to keep my health in check!

Currently in dispute with Velaro travel. Misleading images on website with measurements omitted mean that the toy dog I ordered is tiny. Parcel unopened as one does not need to open to see how tiny it is. Their customer services offered discounts and I have explained, the item is unwanted, unopened and dangerously small as a toy. The issue is they are saying they won't pay for postage or customs charges- it is international and is going to cost me more than the £29.99 I paid to send it. I have sent them government guidance re legal refunds and have told them they need to resovle by paying for the return and customs and sending me the returns label before I escalate.

Still waiting for a halloween costume that still hasn't been delivered. All the delivery tracking numbers given for the delivery all say something different, with one saying it's still in China and another stating it's been in Illinois since a week ago. When attempting to reach out to their customer service asking if they can give a more accurate ETA, still have not heard a single word since sending the message a week ago. So far if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I was mainly interested in the travel and gadget sections, but ended up browsing quite a bit longer than planned. There are some useful items mixed in with the clothing, which makes the store feel less limited. Delivery was fine and the tracking page updated properly from dispatch to arrival. No issues with the packaging either.

Item received completely different what I purchased, and delivery time takes ages around 2 weeks. Scam!

There’s a nice mix of clothing, jewelry and home items on the site. I originally went in for clothes and somehow ended up adding a bracelet too.

My experience was good it was easy to order from VELARO and keep track on my order and it’s opposed to arrive right on time thank you guys for a pleasant order keep up the good work

Postage is a nightmare, the item still hasn’t arrived and non of my emails have been answered. I would definitely avoid this company.

It ws pne of the only sites for the product. The order was clear and easy to negotiate. also jhad free shipping.

I don’t usually buy clothes from stores I haven’t used before, so I started with one jacket. The sizing worked well for me and the material feels decent for the price. Shipping wasn’t instant, but I received updates along the way and the parcel arrived safely. I’d be comfortable ordering again based on this experience.
