Absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent! Bought System of a Down tickets the day before the event. I love that tickets can't be re-sold for a huge profit. Everything went smoothly and I had a wicked night 🤘

Overall the process was easy but I…

Overall the process was easy but I could only pay through a PayPal account which was bit difficult as I don't use my PayPal account anymore. An option for using credit card is really useful too as it makes the process of refunding easier.
Another thing is I put in an offer which was accepted but when i went to make the payment i was put on hold saying other user has grab the ticket. I think if someone's offer is accepted they should get the first priority to buy the tickets. You can even give them a timeline of 10-15 minutes to complete the purchase if not the tickets are open for anyone to buy and also for the bidder at the offered price.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Bought System of a Down tickets through Twickets, and the whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free.

The resale process felt secure, the tickets were transferred without any issues, and everything worked perfectly on the day. It's great knowing you're buying tickets at face value rather than inflated prices.

I'd happily use Twickets again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and reliable ticket resale platform.

Once you get listed, It works well.

Once you get listed, it just works. However, recent changes to the app mean there are some glitches which make listing hard, and the fees and price caps mean you won't get back all of your ticket and booking fee money when you sell. It is however, a reliable source for tickets and a the best of all the reselling apps out there.

I like this system

I like this system. Tickets at face value and plenty of checks to ensure tickets are legit. Fair fees and instant downloads in most cases.

Easy to navigate

Easy to navigate. But did not like that when I sold them under face value my buyer then resold them almost straight after. This should be prevented
