Easy to navigate. But did not like that when I sold them under face value my buyer then resold them almost straight after. This should be prevented

Good product and right price

The taxi did not arrive as the driver got pulled over on his way to us by the police. Apparently there was a problem with the insurance.
A refund was processed quickly and comms were swift. That’s the reason they got 2 stars and not 1. However the refund ended up being £12 less than I paid. I paid in euros, they refunded in euros but the bank exchange ended up being different rates. So I lost out due to the fact the company did not source insured drivers. The company should have showed some goodwill as their booking failed to be fulfilled. Instead I was met with inflexibility and some rudeness.
