I should not need the card left at…
I should not need the card left at incorrect address in order to reschedule the delivery. I could not figure out how to do a redelivery, and I was forced to return the items so that I could repurchase them. Hire some people next time and get (sack) as you would say this AI process from hell thanks. Very disappointing. You need a number and a way to talk to a human.

Royal Mail delivers to Canada quickly
Royal Mail was fantastic. They provided me with timely updates on my shipment. They delivered the item earlier than expected which was a great surprise. I live in Canada and assumed it would be a long and slow international delivery. It was quite the opposite. It took under a week to deliver. Very happy.
My only criticism is that your mobile website could be updated to render better on my iPhone.

Royal mail delivery men, and women are absolutely amazing 👏 great service 👏. And must never forget that during covid pandemic they were delivery to their customers and basically exposed themselves and their families. They work hard and are very friendly and helpful.
