Sagar was very helpful with assisting me with redeeming my mighty mobile voucher code, all other interactions with customer service have been equally helpful. AI help bot is only useful for basic queries where you could find the answer on the website, but easily connects you to a representative on request.

Cheap and customer service was very helpful and responsive

Never received the proper voucher code and was not told the voucher would expire

I purchased this on 30/07/2026 but never received the proper code I needed. I waited several days, hoping it would arrive, but it never did. During that time, my existing plan automatically renewed.

I eventually contacted support and, after quite a bit of hassle, was only given the voucher number through the chat.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was never told that the voucher had an expiry date. When my current plan eventually finished and I tried to use the voucher to renew, I was told that it had expired after 30 days.

The 30-day expiry was apparently counted from the date of purchase, not from when I actually received the voucher details. Since I never received the code initially and had to chase support to get the voucher number, this meant that time was already being lost.

As a result, I would have effectively had to pay twice for a month if I wanted to continue my subscription. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience due to the lack of communication and the difficulty in receiving and using something I had already paid for.

I purchased a plan and didn't redeem it before it expired, but I contacted customer support, and the issue was resolved the same day. Very responsive.

Live chat customer service was great and responsive.

Just got back to NZ and was blown away by the price of mobile plans. Mighty had the best deals by miles. Had a couple of minor problems that were very quickly sorted out. Easy to set up and no problems since.

Pricing in NZ was terrible until these guys came around. Their customer service answers the chat box in record time, and the mobile service is just as good as any other telco. They’re amazing

Good value good service

Unlimited data, good speeds and cheap is a great deal really. I had one problem and was connected to a customer service agent by their ai chot bot wuickly and he sorted a semi complicated situation within 5minutes.

Pretty easy to change over to prepay. Good value with primate membership and paid upfront for the 365 day prepay plan. Hated always running out of data all the time from my last provider. Had difficulty with initial activation and porting but the call center service was great, always helpful and I really like that they are available till 8pm.

Took some time to get someone online for a chat. But once Pinaki was connected, he ensured my issue was resolved!!

Pinaki was great and really helpful. Mighty Mobile is cheap and reliable and have been using it for years.

excellent service, great app, I had no issues with porting, which was ultra fast and I was kept updated via the app in detail.

I also got the 12 months deal and gifted the other sim to a family member. And still paying less per month than before with other providers.

Happy with the unlimited plans.

OneNz network is good. We get good signal here where i live and also when I travel.

I had to contact Customer Service issue once with a new 12 month voucher and they were able to fix issue with over chat quickly.

I wish we had mighty mobile before, like since in 2018

I hope they keep the 12 month deal. I like the value.
