Sameer who helped me on the webchat was awesome and super patient with me and helped me do the following quite tricky tasks. 1. Arrange a sim swap from physical to eSim and then helped me transfer my physical phone number to the eSim. It wasn't working at first but Sameer was able to guide me through the process and troubleshooting process which ultimately resolved my issue.
