PB Tech were able to advise me without hesitation on the item I would need for the job I wanted to complete. They then even sent me a link to that item, so that I was able to purchase it from their site with ease!

I bought a printer but 3 months later it proved to be faulty. I paid a tech $186 to install the printer, then another $186 to come to my home to try to fix it. About a month later the same fault appeared. I took the receipts and printout showing the fault to PB tech and the manager, Sean, was rude and hostile. He eventually gave me a refund, but of course, no refund for the nearly $400 I had paid for installation and assessment of faults. At no time did Sean say "sorry you had this trouble" - not at all. He made me feel as if I was trying to cheat him. Which was ridiculous - the printer was faulty. Next day I ordered a new printer online and again, had to pay $186 to have it installed.

This is the last time I try to buy anything at this shitty place where the men, especially, speak to you with contempt if you try to ask a question. It bothers me that they forget I'm the customer and their job is to help me find what I'm looking for; serving a customer isn't an act of charity. Their appalling customer service is as bad as their consistently higher prices compared to the competition. Goodbye, and never again.

I ordered on line 2 HD business monitors very recently and both arrived the following day in perfect order. That is impressive as I live on the Coromandel Peninsular. Great stuff.

With PB Tech, I know that I will get a good product and great backup service (if needed). My latest item (a keyboard) was ordered on a Thursday afternoon, dispatched from the Auckland warehouse that night and deliverd me in Wellington on Saturday morning. Happy customer.

I was a bit worried after NAB refused to pay by VISA so I had to use bank transfer. They were a bit slow to confirm the transaction but otherwhile run everything worked fast and smoothly.

Had the rechargable batteries that I wanted at a significantly cheaper price than my supermarket. The savings paid for the delivery and then some.
