SCAM- they stole 1000$ from me, no phone and no money
I ordered a phone about 5 weeks ago and paid for protection. It was lost in the mail almost a month ago and Canada post sent me the confirmation that Reebelo would be getting their refund over 3 weeks ago. They told me they’re still waiting on this information from Canada post (even though they’ve sent me over a copy and I sent it to them) and they still refuse to refund me.
I have not received this phone and I will never get it- there’s no way to contact them except an automated help mail which has sent me 7 identical messages telling me the latest I would hear back is September 2nd. it’s now September 5th and haven’t gotten back to any of my messages- no more weird ai messages even. Do not order from here. IT IS A SCAM I feel so dumb and my next step is to contact my bank and the better business bureau.

Wrong phone model sent twice!!
We ordered an iPhone 12 and the model that was sent was a mainland China model which meant it didn't have eSIM capabilities (a feature we needed). The Reebelo website had stated it would be a USA model with eSIM. We contacted Reebelo to ask whether they'd replace the phone or whether a refund would be issued. We received no actual response just an Australia Post label and instructions on how to return. So we returned the phone and ordered other one that was the exact same model (although more expensive). The 2nd phone arrived and again it was a mainland China model and one that we could not use so this phone also had to be returned. At no point did we receive any proper contact from Reebelo (it all seemed like automated responses) or any answers to our questions.
