Finally the chat works well. In the early days the chat was a mission and I couldn't get the solutions to my problems but now all is good, good cheap mobile data which leaves the other providers in the dust.

Great assistance, I have been using this plan all year and wanted it again this year. They help me out to renew the plan without any issues. Now I can use this great service without having to think about any issues and its such good value.

Switched from Skinny a while back for whole family. Been using Kogan NZ for a around 3 years. Excellent annual prices and no issues with mobile service, used the chat once with a real human and no issues.
Few key points, disable auto renew immediately, keep an eye on pricing 3 months before annual plan expiry, as they often have discounts for annual plans which existing customers can use, check purchased plan activation expiry dates (renew plan before voucher expires), and finally just use their website on a PC, not the App for a great experience and price.

I switched to Kogan a couple of years ago following a promotion for a free large 365 day prepay plan and i immediately enjoyed the provider's service. The 365 day prepay plans are an excellent deal and very convenient. I am not aware of any other mobile provider who offers this payment structure. The company is great to deal with, I have used their web chat service a few times and they are always very helpful and great service, compared to other company web chats which are often AI bots and rubbish at understanding queries. I always feel I am speaking to a human with Kogan. I always tell people they should switch to Kogan when they mention my unusual phone number (0288). I will definitely keep using Kogan mobile provider foreseeably. Many thanks to Amol for your assistance today in the web chat.
