Seit Wochen ist es unmöglich, sich bei Kraken normal anzumelden.

Beim Login wird man in einen Endlos-Loop gezwungen:
Man gibt korrektes Passwort ein → soll plötzlich einen Passkey benutzen → Passkey funktioniert nicht → man wird zur Account Recovery gezwungen → setzt das Passwort zurück → und landet wieder im gleichen Passkey-Loop, der nicht funktioniert.

Man kommt faktisch NICHT MEHR in seinen eigenen Account.

Der Support ist genauso absurd:
Schreibt man eine E-Mail, bekommt man eine automatische Antwort, dass dies nicht bearbeitet wird und man ein Ticket eröffnen soll.

Um ein Ticket zu eröffnen, muss man sich im Support-Bereich anmelden.

Aber genau das ist unmöglich, weil der Login kaputt ist.

Ergebnis:
Kein Login.
Kein Support.
Kein Zugriff auf eigenes Geld.

Währenddessen sind meine Assets (die ich seit 2021 hatte) von über 2.000 € auf ca. 100 € gefallen, ohne eine logische Erklärung oder dass man handeln oder reagieren kann.

Das ist kein technischer Fehler mehr, das ist faktisch eine Zugangssperre zum eigenen Vermögen.

Es ist eine reine Abzocke!!!

Eine Krypto-Börse, die Kunden systematisch vom Account ausschließt, sollte nicht operieren dürfen.

Teilt diese Erfahrung. So etwas darf nicht normalisiert werden.

Sorry to say it but…

Sorry to say it, but: return policy for Germany is horrible. It is not worth it since you have to pay it yourself (ca 15€) which is at the end the same if you are buying the shoes somewhere else (+ you have a flexibility to return it if it doesn’t fit). Great shoes but customer experience poor

As a result, we unfortunately don’t have any influence on the shipping costs, as you are free to choose any courier you’d like.

Unfortunately cannot recommend it

Unfortunately, even though I am user of this platform/app for years, I am super disappointed and unsatisfied with the service and what they’re offering!! They are doing a campaign all the time „refer the friend for 90€“ but once you do it, they find somehow some „hole in the system“ that you are too late with the 3 payments so you don’t get your money/bonus. Cannot recommend this app at all- be cautious when and if referring someone!!

Wir haben NY-LA Flüge gebucht (Mit…

Wir haben NY-LA Flüge gebucht (Mit Aufgabegepäcke je 55€) und am Ende steht in die Seite immer noch (kein kostenloses Gepäck!!) und unsere Tickets sind immer noch nicht ausgestellt. Kundenservice ist total komisch und alles geht nur automatisch, keiner meldet sich da!! Auf gar kein Fall zu empfehlen!!!
