I can see that your package is on hold because the import duties and taxes haven’t been paid yet.
I fully understand that it’s never fun if the amount of taxes comes as a surprise 💔

I expected my package to be delivered…
I expected my package to be delivered to my home address, instead of picking it up from UPS depot… very disappointed with the delivery service as I am unable to collect same. As a result the package will be returned

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son…
I ordered a pair of shoes for my son that turned out to be too small. The same day I received them, I called Naked to ask about exchanging them for a larger size; I was informed that an exchange wasn't possible, but that I should order new shoes and return the ones that didn't fit. I was told I would receive a QR code to process the return. I immediately ordered new shoes (actually two pairs) and waited for the QR code. I never received one, and—given that I have two children, a job, and plenty of other time-consuming commitments—it slipped my mind. When I saw the shoebox today, I remembered I hadn't received a return code and called Naked, but they refused to accept the return because more than 30 days had passed. Even though I could prove I had spoken to a representative who promised me a return QR code—and I even had the exact time of the call—they wouldn't listen. Consequently, I absolutely cannot recommend Naked to anyone, especially if you want a smooth shopping experience (where returns are part of the process). Now I have two pairs of shoes I actually want, plus an unused pair sitting in a box that Naked refuses to accept, even though they could easily resell them.

We don't offer exchanges, so the way to go is to return the item and place a new order, as you were advised.
Returns to Sweden are free and can be created in our return portal, where you get a QR code in just a few clicks: https://naked-cph.webshipper.io/returns_public/3
If anyone needs help with their return, my team is more than happy to create the label for them.
When a customer calls us and needs help creating a return label, we always create it during the call to make sure they receive it right away.
After your order was delivered on 10 August, we didn't receive any emails or follow-up from you, so we weren't aware that you needed a QR code.
Our 30-day return deadline applies to all orders, and we are therefore not able to make an exception in this case.
