The instructions for building the side night tables are terrible and there are pieces missing.

Horrible. It wasn’t clear that they only deliver to the first door. I live in an apartment building. They dropped a 100 kg closet on the street and I explained to them that I’m a single woman. They didn’t give a shit. Just left. DO NOT ORDER THERE. They clearly don’t care about their customers or women.

Delivery was only to the front door, not to my apartment - I can't carry heavy furniture pieces by myself, and the delivery person was unhelpful and clearly didn't care

Prices are reasonable and delivery times are excellent. Bought a new sofa for my son. Expected delivery time...3days Received after 3 days. Delivery guys were very nice, didn't speak much German, but that wasn't a hinderness.

Best furniture with best price I could buy

Incredible customer service, I am truly impressed how fast they answer and resolve things. The employees are very kind, fast and professional.

The looks of the sofa is good and fits well. Quality is OK, the sides panels could have been made of the same material as the rest. Side panels seems to be weaker and thinner material compared to the rest.

While the order was delivered on time, the overall experience with this company was disappointing. The delivery process was poorly handled-large, heavy packages were left at the entrance of the building with no offer of assistance, making it very difficult to bring them in alone. The delivery staff were not particularly helpful or friendly.

Once inside, the issues continued. The furniture materials felt quite cheap, and some parts started to show wear just days after assembly. The instructions were confusing and made the assembly process frustrating. Unfortunately, there was no customer support available, and not even paid assistance was offered.

There’s definitely room for improvement in both service and product quality. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience, though some aspects (like timely delivery) were acceptable.

The service is terrible! We ordered a sofa that came in two packages—one fit through the door, but the other didn’t. When I asked them how I was supposed to bring in the package they left outside by myself (as a woman), the delivery guy simply said, “Not my problem,” and was extremely rude and irritable. While bringing in the package that did fit, they hit almost every part of my apartment—my wardrobe, walls, and even dragged it across the floor. I am never ordering from them again!

The quality is not good! I will change then again directly with something new

Al furniture's i bought from them dining table bed shoe rack ,tv cabinet etc etc.. all are breaking down and falling apart . I pay now more and more money to handyman to fix those bad quality furniture's from Mirjan24.ro.
I recommend to all save your money buy elsewhere.

The best part- product was delivered inside the house with no hassle. We received the updates from Miriam on tracking hence we could plan our day accordingly to receive the sofa.

Good to use and satisfied

I ordered Ecksofa Literpo mit Bettkasten und Schlaffunktion through the website in March 2024. The couch broke down in August 2024. The foldable part (=bed) is too narrow, cannot be properly hung into the metal clips which is supposed to hold it, constantly drops off, therefore the bed function cannot be used. The sofa is made of cheap material, parts are plastic which break easily. The sofa is not comfortable, very firm. It pills after a couple use.

I submitted a reclamation to get the sofa fixed/changed. When wanted to reschedule my first appointment, reaching out to the customer service seemed to be almost impossible. My second appointment got changed by the company, they moved it to one day earlier and messaged me on the day that they were coming.
Drivers are impolite.
