Never again would I use this company for flowers or anything else for that matter. You pick a specific date which was my sisters birthday and they deliver the day before 😡😡😡 not at all impressed at the first and last time using them.

Terrible experience would not recommend this insurance company to anyone and especially not young drivers. Constant emails for black box we hadn't received to be fitted. Once received it was faulty and kept setting the car alarm off which when reported to Wise they fobbed us off and told us to get diognostics done on the car at our own expence.They wouldn't look into the box from their end till we complained and took so long to investigate it got close to our cancellation period so we gave up and went elsewhere never again. Only productive thing was to waive my cancellation fee after numerous complaints oh and you cant speak to a manager as they don't take calls 🙉🙉🙉 a lot of stress and phone calls for nothing.

I spoke to a lovely lady om the phone as I had an enquiry as to if the hotel on the trip I wanted to book had triple bed rooms and she quickly spoke to the hotel and they were so I got my trip booked.

Great delivery service
Andy & Simon were here ahead of my 7am time slot and waited in the van till I was ready to take delivery which was greatly appreciated. They carefully took my chest of drawers upstairs and placed in the bedroom and Andy advised the easiest way to unpack the drawers too.
