I will never order from them again, as if something goes wrong (my parcel never arrived) it’s hard to get past hopeless AI responses. The company take no responsibility and don’t seem to understand the meaning of customer service. I lost all confidence due to their poor responses and got my money back through the bank, which Ive never had to do. AVOID.

I discovered half an hour after ordering that some of the items ordered were being offered on the majority of other sites for half the price (including Boots etc). They are usually pretty competitive on price but not this time.

You stated delivery within 48 hours. Your product has still to arrive 5 days later, by which time we will have left on holiday so it will be of no use. I contacted your help line and received no response. Very disappointed and would like my money back.

Unfortunately not your usual standard of service. I ordered on the 31st Aug understandably it was bank holiday Monday. So I expected the following day( as you would normally) my items to be dispatched. I didnt receive my items until Sunday 6th September 2026. This service has never been so slow. Whether its you or royal mail I dont know. But this is why I left 3 stars rather than my usual 5 stars.

By far cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was prompt. My perfume was so well wrapped up, very impressed. Will definitely order from this company again. Im not a big internet shopper, im a little wary of being scammed but I had nothing to worry about. Thank-you for a smooth transaction.
