I needed to replace all four tyres very quickly after some started to show cracks. Booked online on Saturday and got a booking confirmation for today, Monday. Jordan, who rang to let me know he was on his way when 15 minutes away, has not long left after fitting the tyres, and he was a decent and friendly guy. He answered the few questions I had. Nice to have someone like that working on my car, many thanks Jordan. Only issue I encountered before fitting took place was that my order didn't trigger any online tracking information. So I rang the Halfords contact number this morning and I think it was someone with a name like Sylvia who was very helpful indeed. She spent some time trying to ring someone who could help, and her persistence meant she got me an estimated time for my fitting today. Many thanks to you too. So in the light of two very nice and helpful people I can't mark down for the lack of online tracking information and happily give 5 stars.

Marie took the time to take me through all the points relative to the renewal of my insurance in a very pleasant and confident manner. Answering my questions as she went through all the considerable detail. There was nothing I asked that she couldn't answer and in doing so she demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the insurance being offered.

Second delivery within a week, and different guys this time. Very busy as were the two who delivered to me a few days before, but still time to take care and for smiles plus an exchange of pleasantries. Many thanks to them and to BJS.

Helpful emails before delivery, a phone call before arriving, then the bookcase/cupboard was carefully carried upstairs by two nice and friendly guys. Unpacked for me and all the packaging material taken away. Well done guys and well done BJS.

Very helpful information on the phone. Answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to buy the three phone system. I was also able to pay a small amount extra to be sure it would arrive when I would be at home. That duly happend and the three phone system has so far proved to be exactly what I wanted and is as described by LiGo on their website and over the phone.

A total failure from the AA (I have the fullest possible cover with them) to even want to start helping properly despite one of the tyres being flat. National Tyres (now owned by Halfords?) were very helpful on the phone but couldn't find a fitter and both tyres inside a week, and even then it was uncertain. Then Halfords, all online, no phone calls needed and a very quick, very convenient purchase and a fit at home booking system for fitting within 24 hours of ordering. Bang in the middle of the booked time slot, a smiling, well uniformed Julian in a very smart Halfords van arrived and fitted both tyres very quickly. Decent price as well for what I think are top rated Bridgestone tyres.

Size 4 wrap over mailers. Much lower quality compared with my first batch from a few months ago. This time they seem to be made of weaker cardboard and most of the bending creases in the main body of the mailer are missing. Not what I wanted; I'm having to use more clear tape and effort to get the parcels feeling strong enough to endure the post.

I view of past experiences by myself and others local to me of Hermes, I have been reluctant to review a delivery when the parcel was actually delivered to me at my door, (ie not lost or just thrown over my garden gate). But, this time at least, I got the delivery service I had paid for.

I've been enjoying COOK's meals for a long time now. Firstly buying from their own shops; then from their stockists; and now, in pandemic times, by way of home deliveries directly from COOKs. I have eaten a good variety of their meals and, without exception, every one has been of a very high quality. That they have sustained this quality right from when I started to buy their meals, is a wonderful tribute to the care and attention they put into what they cook and sell. Their website makes for very easy ordering, the only issue with that is I sometimes get close to 'my desires are bigger than my freezer space', such is the tempting range of delicous meals on offer. When I have needed to telephone COOKs, I have had immediate assistance from friendly and helpful staff. The same also from the delivery operation, which has run like clockwork for me. Outstanding, easy to order meals from a company with an ethical apporoach to business.

I purchased a new shower hose direct from Aqualisa to make sure I got a genuine Aqualiasa product. But the price of over £50, even with postage, is excessive. As for the delivery arrangements; Aqualisa are back in the dark ages. No next day delivery option, which, considering the product price, should be included, and just a 'take it or leave it' second class Royal Mail 'option'. So no real idea of when it would arrive. The product is first class, but please charge a realistic price, and join virtually all other online retailers in the 21st Century so far as delivery is concerned

Package delivered on time, and delivery driver followed the instructions on the note I had left on my front door. A huge, and very welcome stride forward from the days when Hermes were known locally for just throwing deliveries over a garden gate, which happened to me on least one occasion.

Works very well every time I use the service.

Yet another superb meal from this incredible treasure trove of tastes. And yet another meal from Cook that will be added to a growing list of meals I plan never to cook again myself. I ate it with boiled, but still crunchy, purple sprouting broccoli (juice retained for a later use, to avoid throwing most of the goodness away), and small boiled potatoes, that I mashed into the remaining Coq au Vin cooking juice, so as to prolong the taste experience for as long as possible.

The 100 ml tubes of ant-bac hand gel. Ideal size to fit in a top pocket for easy access. This was my second, or perhaps even my third order of them from Tower Health. Easy to order, well packaged and arrived quite quickly.

I’ve never ever seen a pie of this sort so fully packed with such succulent and tasty chicken and gammon. Superb. And, I am very pleased to report that, with a level of discipline and patience I am now very proud of, I obeyed the instructions on the box to leave the pie standing for ten minutes after it came out of the oven. I checked the box instructions, and, as there was nothing saying I couldn’t remove the pie from the oven a few minutes before it was cooked, I cut a thin slice off, and replaced the pie in the oven. Which meant I had something to occupy my, by now, very excited taste buds, whilst this amazing creation, fully in my gaze, started its ten -minute time-out a few minutes later.

A query I had on my placing the on-line order, was dealt with very well over the phone, and my order arrived well packaged and in good time.

So, I've discovered the steak and red wine pie. Warning!! Don't be tempted to 'test it' by checking the gravy leaking out of the corners as it gets close to being cooked. If you do, you risk eating it standing up by the oven, cutting out the time gap of serving it when fully cooked and on a plate! Real steak, and lots of it, real red wine and superb pastry. Outstanding.
