Fast dispatch
My order was dispatched quickly however the delivery company DX were poor. They left a card saying they missed me because I wasn’t in, I was in, they didn’t ring the door bell! I rearranged for the next day, they didn’t deliver. It was the third day before I received my order.

The premium magnetic boxes are nice but they don’t actually do a magnets job and stick.
Shame their nice but pricey and don’t actually do what they are meant to do.

Will always come back as a customer
The website itself is easy to navigate. The products are high quality for such a good price. Its a really nice bulk buy as a starting business. Delivery is quick and prompt. Reliable as well, i am confident that the products will arrive safely.
I like that they give out coupons along with a helpful magazine.

First impressions......
I run a small company and had hoped to use Kite Packaging to support my business needs.
However, first time ordering.....
3 failed attempts by the courier to deliver the order.
When I finally got Kite to rearrange the delivery the order did not arrive at all.
No contact from Kite to update me.
Then had to chase them up to issue a refund.
Maybe they are a good company, however, first impressions means my business has gone elsewhwhere for the support it needs.
