I have Homecare 400 and am supposed to have the boiler serviced each year. British Gas had not serviced it for 2 years, after phoning them I got a date 2 month later (Oct) then the next month got a letter cancelling that and making it Dec 17. This is unacceptable - Homecare 400 is not cheap

My parcel arrived on time. The delivery person was extremely polite and efficient.

I received a letter asking me to renew which I did. I added the Foreign and Commonwealth Office addition because I was told it covered me for repatriation if FCO said it was not safe to be somewhere and should not go before I went or while I was in the foreign country. My sister had the same added for £9 but I had to pay £12 I know in the scheme of things it is not much but why the difference. Come on get yourselves singing from the same hymn sheet working from home is not an excuse.
After renewing I received another letter asking me to renew and if I did I could have £20 off, not offered originally why not? Do the right thing and refund me £20. 4 stars because they are usually OK.

I would give 5 stars for quality and price but too many times I order things and they are not sent because they are on back order which means I may get them in a month or two - but I do get them. Also the points awarded on the statement is incorrect but on the internet order the points are correct. The last 3 orders I have had 100 points given for over £30 (instead of 250) the last one 30 points (instead of 50) this needs to be addressed after all I pay £45 a year to belong to the SAA.
As a reply to Samara I did actually spend over £40 (not £30) on both occasions, my mistake, but if Samara wants to check this she will find this to be correct. It still does not excuse the SAA getting the points awarded on three occasions incorrect.

I bought the 120 set of pencils. They are fantastic containing every type you would need to produce a perfect picture. The selection of colours of each type has been well thought out.

I was given a timeline during which my parcel was to be delivered and it arrived within minutes of the initial time (one hour option). Courier very pleasant. Well done DPD.

As always the quality of the shoes are excellent and the delivery is super fast.

The SAA keeps me informed if something is out of stock and send it on quickly this means I get my main order within days and not have to wait for the order to be complete before I get it.

Hotter shoes are excellent value and many are of the design that I like. Hard wearing. Good choice of colours and sizes e.g. standard, extra wide.

Great bare root apple trees. The only downside was delivery - email 6 Dec to say dispatched, told 10 Dec on van (DX used) finally arrived 12 Dec. So brilliant products but delivery service not so good.
